Pilot Scheme on Community Mediation
To implement the policy initiative of “deepening mediation culture”, the Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Environment and Ecology Bureau and the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, has jointly launched the “Pilot Scheme on Community Mediation” to provide training on community mediation to property management personnel. The first part of the training lectures focuses on fundamental concepts, core principles and techniques of mediation. The second part is a mock situational exercise, allowing participants to mediate various scenarios of community disputes.
